PHAETON’S ROLL-OUT STRATEGY

  • Atomic 6: Pty Ltd: A manufacturing company currently building Phaeton Network’s modular solar-wrapped datacentre that can be deployed in areas with no access to power.
  • K-Star: K-STAR specialises in power electronics and energy products, including modular data centres linked to Phaeton Energy’s Solar Farm roll-out.
  • Programmed: One of Australia’s leading structured cabling solutions providers who will be contracted to build and assemble Phaeton’s Data Centres where needed.
  • Transaction Speed: To improve transaction speed, Phaeton must secure as many decentralised nodes as possible. Through ownership of our datacentres, Phaeton will have better control in securing and managing these nodes.
  • Security: With more expansive and decentralised node locations, security is improved, making our network less prone to hackers.
  • Safety of data: Through blockchain technology, all data is replicated on other datacentres. Compared to other datacentres, data can be lost if it is kept in only one location.
  • Phaeton Smart Card: Phaeton Smart Biometric Card is a secured device serving multiple functions with ID authentication, which will provide access to the datacentres when needed.
  • Phaeton Sidechains: All Phaeton’s Sidechains will be hosted by our datacentres. All Sidechain data will be secure and replicated on other datacentres, which can be easily retrieved from any location:
  • Helious Deployer: Phaeton Helious Deployer is included in the datacentres. It will maintain blockchain nodes on behalf of Phaeton validators as an alternative to running full blockchain nodes.
  • Mandurah Life WA: A Datacentre will be incorporated in a Mixed-use development comprising a Medical Centre, Social Enterprise Coffee Shop, 15 NDIS Apartments and 17 Co-living apartments for vulnerable seniors. The datacentre will provide data for the building and the Transit Orientated Precinct.
  • Karratha Care WA: A Datacentre will be incorporated in the Medical Care centre, including a medical centre, medi-hotel, 10 NDIS Units, and Co-living units.
  • Berrigan NSW: A Modular Datacentre will be linked with a Solar Farm supporting a new industrial park.
  • Hold and Own: We aim to hold and own the majority of the datacentres as a long-term investment. The ownership structure will provide Phaeton with better control of datacentres and long-term capital growth. In addition, this strategy will provide Phaeton Datacentres with a significant asset base on its balance sheet, which can also be leveraged for future expansion.
  • Revenue Focus: Datacentres offer significant yields. These yields have been proven by the major datacentre providers such as AWS, Google, and Microsoft. Revenues will be derived from leasing racking space, cloud services and staking as a decentralised blockchain node.
