So, you think you can moderate?

Following on from yesterday’s message pertaining to professionalism, we are asking for those among you to step froward to participate.
The moderator group is a core to the Phaeton community and has been led admirably by BBB, for quite some time. The weight has been on his shoulders, and we recognize his remarkable achievements. Therefore, we need to provide him support.

Firstly though, the essence of this group is “Trust”. By that we mean that we trust them and in turn so does the community. This trust will be echoed by the constant flow of information, officially from Phaeton, as well as education to ensure they are no longer kept in the dark about what we are doing. In addition, the future Community Board Member will be held accountable to the moderators. This structure will create a clear source for accurate information.

Therefore, we open the floor to those of you who wish to become part of this moderator group. They will at the forefront of the community and take ownership with us on our journey of better.
The process will be simple, yet effective. You’ll chat directly to our Operations Director, have an approval process, agree to the code of conduct of the moderators and then obtain final approval.
